ABOUT ME
Growing up, I was never happy with what I saw in the mirror. I struggled with a very low self-esteem. It wasn’t until my senior year of high school that I made some progress, but I was doing it all wrong.
Why? Because I took advice from a couple of older bodybuilder dudes, which led to me hopping between yo-yo diets and destroying my metabolic rate. What I didn’t understand back then is that those guys only looked shredded for a couple of days a year when they were competing on stage. I wanted a sustainable approach to maintain a shredded physique without starving to death and LIVING a normal life.

It wasn’t until my third year in the fitness industry that I really started understanding a lifestyle-based approach to fitness and nutrition. That’s when I began Timo Fitness & I haven’t looked back since! When I found a formula that ACTUALLY WORKS to maintain the body I desired, I realized the synergistic effect on my life. From my confidence to my mindset to loving how my body looks.

Mastering a lifestyle-based approach changed my life. Now, I want it to change YOURS too. I’ve now been in the industry for over ten years, and I’ve helped 200+ people transform their bodies once and for all. I became addicted to the feeling and wanted to inspire others to change their lives and become the best version of themselves.
